When making a payment with a deposit slip, please write the order number on the slip and either take a digital photograph or ask the bank to make a photocopy.
After making payment, please go to http://verify.cointerra.com, enter your order confirmation details and upload the photograph or a scan of the deposit slip as proof of payment. We will then be able to more quickly associate the payment with your order and update our records when we have confirmed receipt of funds.
